Goals of the Staff

Every year we try to improve our conference by focusing on three main goals that we want to achieve that year. This way HMUN keeps evolving and beyond that, we try to keep the conference up to date and involved with developments around the world.

These are the goals the HMUN staff is working towards this year:

     1. Sustainability
     We are implementing this by taking sustainability into account when ordering articles.

     2. Quality content
     We are implementing this by making sure our issues are engaging, challenging and original.

     3. Educating beginning delegates
     We are implementing this by organizing small conferences especially for beginning delegates and          coaching our own beginning delegates.
